Job Description / Responsibilities / Candidate’s Mission

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be working with the Business Development team where your primary goal will be to understand potential clients' and partners' needs and propose QIVOS solutions which can cover these needs. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Act as an expert and demonstrate advanced and in-depth knowledge when presenting QIVOS products and services to potential clients/partners via telephone, email, web conferences or face to face meetings
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, support, sales, service, implementation and management resources to meet client/partner performance objectives and clients’/partners’ expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned client/partner accounts
  • Liaise with the Chief Revenue Officer to stay up-to-date about the sales targets set and assist the business to develop new sales strategies and to increase its sales revenue
  • Nurture leads and turn them into opportunities for sales


  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or in Human Sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in selling IT Business Solutions (preferably CRM, e-commerce and digital services)
  • Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Good presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and to a high standard of work
  • Problem solving, task prioritization, communication, administration and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
