Job Description / Responsibilities / Candidate’s Mission

As an Account Manager, you will be part of our experienced and award-winning Account Management team, who have overall responsibility for customer success management with regards to planning, producing, implementing, costing of CRM & loyalty projects and campaigns. In a nutshell, you will develop and implement projects as per clients’ requirements, objectives and KPIs. You will report to the Account Director.
